For everyone still reading this board or haven't left,

I've become concerned about MBLY due to some articles I've been reading. This Seeking Alpha one -- http://seekingalpha.com/article/3445726-mobileye-a-very-comp... -- and this BI one -- http://www.businessinsider.com/ap-toyota-to-invest-50m-in-ca... -- for example, as well as this mention recently on Investopedia -- http://www.investopedia.com/stock-analysis/091415/mobileye-g....

Part of the thesis investing in MBLY is that it was relatively unique. I believe the writing is on the wall for autonomous driving cars (they are coming). But is MBLY going to be one of the winners or will its chips and systems be commoditized and be competed away as often happens so often to chip companies?

I try to keep an open mind (even when one of the articles is from Citron Research), so I'm going to be doing some more digging into this.

However, this post will serve as fair warning that once the Fool's quiet period is satisfied after posting this, I may sell my personal holding in MBLY (which I got at about the same time as the MUE port did) with no further discussion about the move here. TMF rules don't require me to even make this post because the MUE port is completely closed and its MBLY shares long-since sold. The only reason I'm posting here first is because I feel an obligation to letting others who may have invested in the company because of what I wrote in the past and/or who were following the MUE port know that I'm looking at further information that may lead to a change in my conclusions about the worthiness of this company as a long-term investment and I want to bring that to your attention.

Cheers,
Jim
