Megan,

Hey! That's great news. I'm so glad that she's changing her ways and keeping you from going into savings overload.

Is that possible? :-)

Keep encouraging each other on your own goals to both live for today and tomorrow.

One thing she has really wanted for a long time is an actual bedroom set. Right now we just have a bed, no headboard or anything, and two very old (and cheap) dressers. She seems to think the fact that my dresser is missing a drawer front should bother me, but it doesn't. :-)

Well, we have increased the percentage of our monthly savings that is going into our freedom fund and when there is enough saved for a new bedroom set, we will be making that purchase. And we already had a bit in there for something else that we moved down the priority list so it shouldn't take that long to reach the goal.

Thanks for the kind words.
