this combination will create the only end to end solution in the b2b procurement area they will have both front end and back end solutions

I have my eye on this one. The Peregrine-Harbinger merger is discussed by one analyst in Issue 80 of Red Herring (page 442). Peregrine has a strong track record when it comes to profitable mergers, interesting that the street absolutely hated this union.

Anybody else started their DD on the implications of Peregrine and Harbinger coming together? I admit I have not followed this sector closely yet.



I had assumed this was spam until you replied. Having followed your posts, I know that you do your DD. I would just caution that the original post offered up nothing in the way of info to back up the claims of future success.

By the you agree with the claim by some on this board that SEBL and ITWO are Gorillas in their respective niches?

If that is the case, and both those companies are in the B2B space, then what are the other niches that do NOT have a confirmed Gorilla?

I guess my confusion stems from the broadness of the term "B2B"...

If their is already 2 confirmed Gorillas in B2B space...what is everyone looking for?

Thanks for any help and input in clearing up my confusion.
