And it must have been late nite shopping last night as the Board was clear.

The split with Harvey Norman shares is interesting. The question is whether sustained growth over the next 12 months is assured. It would appear so, taking into consideration GST - sales tax deductions!

What about the increase in bank finance.. particularly to housing loans? Consumer confidence be shattered? My thoughts are that they won't initially as we were all used to the high 13% and the lows have not been around that long. Only those that have borrowed in excess to buy their 1/4 acre block and have a credit card(s). Harvey therefore should be able to make this work for the investors.
