Due to our population of Oz it is extremely difficult to have information about new prospectuses available via internet sources. In the majority of cases these smaller listings are underwritten by brokers who then allow their client base first bite of the cherry (so to speak). Etrade and Datek each list new companies in which their partners are involved in.

Other than the foregoing try opening a 'brokerage' account with a broker in your capital city. Explain to him that you are a small(er) type investor but interested in what is available for new listings.

I must caution here that *caveator emptor* rules. As with the majority of cash flow forecasts produced for these prospectuses there is every likelihood that they will not reach the forecasters expectations. Whilst they try to maintain a good ethos on forecasts they are usually off the mark due to some 'unforeseen' matter.
