Then as soon AOL had its worthless, past-peak prize in hand, they went to work to get an operating system, so they too could boot a little itty bitty part of the world. With 22-million subscribers, what are the odds that AOL is also being looked at by the DOJ? Maybe you don't think much of Netscape as a browser, but as a tool to leverage MSFT it worked very well for McNally & Co. Dub Machiavelli had nothin' on these guys. |
