hockeypop asks, Well, you still haven't addressed where to "park" money in tax-deferred accounts. I have my cash (about 10 year's worth of living expenses) in the Vanguard Short-term Bond Fund (VFSTX) with a 3-year average maturity. The TIPS fund (VIPSX) has a 9 year average maturity -- that's way too risky in an environment where interest rates are likely to rise once the Fed ends QE2. intercst |
