worst story first, heard on the evening news about a local man abusing and killing his dog, black guy, shades of Michael Vick come to mind, horrified neighbors reacting to the viciousness of it all. Extremely disturbing to me. I just want that guy to pay for what he did and euthanasia would be too kind.
