I'm trying to encourage Bonnie to shoot for retirement at age 66. It's only 4.5 years away. After that there won't be any financial incentive for her to keep working. I'm pretty sure at that point we will be able to generate as much income as she is presently making.

At this point and time she doesn't seem all that interested in retiring. Mostly what she is working for is our health insurance. She did say however that if something happened to her mother and she needed to be here to care for her that she would retire then. For now though her plan is to keep working as long as she can.
