Subject: Company Stock in 401K | Date: 4/5/2013 1:45 PM | |

Hi, I maybe changing jobs very soon and plan to move the funds from my company 401K to a traditional 401K with TD Ameritrade. My assets in the company 401K include company stock. Should I sell the company stock? I am asking this question because I read somewhere that there is some advantage in long v/s short term tax benefit with company stock? Please advise. Thanks! |
