I was already at work, at my desk. In those days I was a regular participant in on-line discussions (not unlike the TMF boards in spirit) about the rather technical software I used every day. My habit was to get to work early and check out the messages that were posted overnight, putting in my two cents when I had something to contribute. Another regular started posting OMG messages about what she was seeing on TV, expressing more horror with each update. |
