Ok, so I talked to the manager today (I had to call him !) and he said the he needs to refer this to the district manager. He talked to the Claims Dept. and they told him I was denied because the damages were caused by moving. (No duh! Isn't that what I told him.) So he said he would be intouch by Monday. (we will see who calls who.)

I did however ask him "why is it called a 'lifetime' protection plan if it only covers the place where the furniture is orginial delivered to." (he didn't have an answer, i stumped him - which actually felt good to do.)

I also informed him that my loveseat wasn't delivered, I picked it up, and I carried it up 4 flights of stairs. I asked him "Well if the loveseat had been damaged then (which it wasn't) it seems to me that it wouldn't be covered, because of moving damages."
(I stumped him again. fyi: The reason why i picked it up was because they charge you for delivery and at that time i lived only 4 miles from the warehouse.)

Oh well, on to another week for waiting....
