Re: your post last week:
>>I keep hearing quotes from George Gilder's newsletter on these message boards. I just got a "buy me" flyer from Michael Murphy, editor of Technology Investing newsletter. I'd like to hear from anyone whose bought these services. Do you think they are worthwhile? <<

Actually, in response to your post above, I was about to refer you to the FAQ, as I knew that not only was there a sample of Gilder's writing, but also some links to previous threads where your question was discussed by others. As you probably realize, it was at that point that I discovered many of the links had been inadvertently corrupted by The Motley Fool (most likely since late May). Which was what prompted me to re-post corrected versions.

Anyway - although hopefully you have by now referenced these links yourself - might I suggest you check them if you haven't already now that FAQ is back up and running.

BTW, I DO subscribe to Gilder (and to, and find both of these invaluable. Advice garnered has paid for them several times over already. Please understand that despite others' perhaps misguided impressions, Gilder's Tech Report is NOT a stockpicking letter, a position which Gilder is consistently reiterating. But it IS among the best I have seen for evaluating the new era of technology issues from the viewpoint of understanding the technology and the business models. (Also check out his books, these very useful too, though just a bit dated - his new one due out this fall.)
