Microsoft throws out buggy software and couldn't care less that we are inconvenienced.

MF works diligently to get it right before it's released and seems genuinely sorry that it's inconveniencing us.


Microsoft charges $$$ for its buggy software.

MF gives away its services.


I've never met a Microsoft help tech online.

I feel like I know personally the MF folks I've talked to.


In short, if you don't want to be inconvenienced by MF's rollout of the new My Portfolio, I suggest you BUY a copy of MS Money, and leave the rest of us Fools in peace.
