Have you had any problems with AES?

When I tried to consolidate my loans with a new lender, Corus originally told me that I could not take my loans elsewhere. I then wrote a letter detailing all of the problems I had had with Corus (and there were many, including crediting my payments to the accounts of others and losing my paperwork numerous times). In the letter, I asked again to consolidate with a new lender and my request was granted.
