We're pleased to announce an update is coming to the community boards.
Sunday, September 25th: We are migrating the boards to a new platform. The site is currently in read-only mode and we will bring it back online as soon as the migration is complete.
In YouGov polling conducted for the Economist, more than three-quarters of Republicans said they believed millions of illegal votes were cast in last year’s election. Millions! Absolutely absurd and thoroughly debunked. But not for the cult. How can we keep our Republic with so many stupid people voting?
Yup--the real problem is millions of ignorant GQP voters.
How can we keep our Republic with so many stupid people voting?Keep telling them that there is massive voter fraud, that elections are rigged, and therefore there’s no point in them voting.AW
How can we keep our Republic with so many stupid people voting? We can't. For Democratic voting to produce better politicians which can produce better legislation and regulation, it requires a well-informed electorate. Voter ignorance (willful or otherwise) and Democracy are not compatible.Similarly, The claim that Capitalism produces an efficient economy and low prices/high value for consumers assumes a well-informed consumer. If voters and consumers embrace cult ignorance instead of facts, our whole government and economic system deteriorates. That's where we are today.
NONE of the Republican officials who won their elections are doubting their election. They think the votes are illegal only for Biden.
