I have some hearing loss and pretty soon I'm going to have to swallow my pride and get a hearing aid. I've found that I have a lot of trouble understanding some people when they wear a mask and talk. I think it's a combination of being a little muffled and me not being able to pick on some visual cues when I see their mouths. Its actually what's convinced me that I do, in fact, need to do something about my hearing loss.

I've been completely deaf in one ear for over 30 years, but I'm fine with it since I only pay attention to about half of what people tell me.
