As for the juggling and plan of attack, I would try to zero out #5 as quickly as possible. This will not only save some interest, but will give you a card to transfer to in order to clean up some of your other blended rates and higher rates. It takes some juggling, but if you zero card 5, that 28K limit would help straighten some of this out.

But don't put the cart before the horse. Be certain to pay the minimums on all the cards...preferably right after they cycle. Don't worry about anymore transferring until after you zero card can't transfer your way out of debt at this point! Resist the urge to transfer anything to card #5 until that bal is ZERO.

Work, work, work! Sell, scrimp, save, deprive, and you will get somewhere!
