It might just be me. But do the pundits today using pre-crisis logic seem to be out of touch with a post crisis world?XYZ stock is overvalued because it is selling above its 200 day moving average?Lets stop and think - How many stocks today are over the 200 day lines
The pundits have been calling for a 10% correction for a few weeks now. They claim stock prices have been rising faster than earnings. Hence, it is rising PE that is the concern more than 200 day moving average. But what do pundits know? They have to have something to talk about.
But do the pundits today using pre-crisis logic seem to be out of touch with a post crisis world?Remember that pundits are paid to talk, not to be right. I don't ignore them completely, just take them with a very large grain of salt.foolazis
