As to your question of why this board-

I joined the MI board almost 7 years ago. Back then, 90% of the posts seemed
to be aimed at screen development and even contests. Now, it's about 10%. Not that the
other % is not of value now, but I just wanted to have a place were it was
back to 90% screen development , backtesting, and investigation of other screening systems (i.e., mechanical investing!)

I can't prevent it, but I hope some of the more critical people, who don't have any original posts,
will refrain from singing their same ol' refrain (tune) on this board.
I'll take criticism, but only when it's warranted and by posters making worthwhile contributions.
The phrase “put up or shut up” seems to come to mind.
That may seem a little harsh coming from me, but you asked.

Would prefer not to get into a big discussion on this- thanks.
