We had some leftover pulled pork so I put together some pork enchiladas with sharp cheddar cheese, pinto beans and some olives.

I made a chickie for supper. I did not give this one away.

It was very good. I will probably be eating it again soon too much

Leftover chicken curry. There wasn't enough for me to get a full meal, so I also had a couple of ABTs.

Well, we had pulled pork, but it came out of the Dutch oven and was cooked with pineapple, onions, garlic, hot sauce and tomato. Fries and pasta salad on the side.

We did an eye-of-round roast in the slow cooker with some stock some veg and a dollop of BBQ sauce in the mix. 8 hours.

It was really good, sort of pulled beef. I'm making a pulled beef sandwich with it for lunch today.

I think that might be the first time on this board someone has said "dollop of BBQ sauce".
