Hi, everybody.

I'm working on a general money-saving article/podcast/class (the content will be used for all three), and would appreciate any advice y'all have regarding anything related to buying, selling, or maintaining a home. General tips? Favorite resources? Ways to make sure you're getting a good deal on a repair? Many in the intended audience will be younger, so if you're not in that demographic, perhaps think in terms of what you wish you knew when you were younger or what you think your kids/grandkids should know. Though feel free to pass along tips for those of any age.

Many thanks!
