Most brokers that are worth doing business with will facilitate a transaction if you can't get someone to take a de minimus offer.

But the thing I would do today is to offer the options and let the specialist have a chance to take it off your hand. I just sold Vertical Net 2003 10's at 15 cents a couple of days ago when the bid was a nickle. I was pleased that they took my offer within 5 minutes. These guys want to close positions so they can clear their book. Remember, there is someone on the other side with an open position as well.
