MPW has been one of the worst performing (price-wise) REITs this year; they took a big hit when they did a secondary offering to help finance a big acquisition, but their acute-care hospital properties are fairly stable and profitable. So the current yield of 8% looks very tempting. Any thoughts on whether MPW is a great value (or not) at today's prices?
