My current employer switched 401k plans from Prudential to T. Rowe Price nearly two years ago.
I have to maintain both funds, and don't have the option of adding funds to the old 401k.
The HR admin stated the funds with Prudential must stay there and cannot be touched unless I terminate employment or retire.
Is this correct?
Why can't the funds be moved to the new account?
