Stock ticker symbols for the funds are very hard to find, but they are there. They also have performance screens, and educational areas.

It is possible to move assets from one fund to another on their website, though most Fools will tell you to pick the S&P 500 index fund and stay with it. You can also change how your future contributions will be allocated.
