1) This year I will lose 5 lbs by June and then keep the weight lost.
2) I will test blood sugar levels every day in the morning. I think this helps a lot to course correct everyday.
3) I will exercise at least 3 days and I will exercise for at least 3 hours in a week
4) Keep drinking to no more than 3 drinks per week and not more than 2 drinks on a single day.
5) I will stay stress-free (If that's possible), take things easy, be more patient and tolerant of others and myself.

I hope this post, I.e., publicly stating my goals is going to help me.
