My own personal experience is that the people who have used their employer-based coverage at all of the firms I've worked at have generally been quite pleased.

And do you think that coverage at all the firms you've worked at is typical of group insurance plans available to all other American workers? Also, do you think their satisfaction is based on informed knowledge of alternative medical systems that are available in other countries . . . or Medicare?

The post you are replying to didn't say that people were universally dissatisfied with their employer provided health care. It said such attitudes were often uninformed.
