My turn to be a bit picky....
My only comment on this is that you should make sure you are VESTED in your matching contributions before you leave the country/your company, otherwise you may lose a portion or perhaps all (depending on your employer's plan) of the FREE MONEY that we all know and love.

This all depends on how long you have participated in your employers 401(k) plan. Your benefits department can give you more information on this.
