Oh, what a mess! For whatever its worth Waterhouse customer service has been great with me. I have only been working with them since December 98, but they have always been great. When you can get the mess with PW straightened out it should go pretty good. Since I have been using Internet banking to send my contribution checks I have had to call them to let them know that it is a 1998 contribution. They have been doing it right, and with a great attitude too.
