Walking down the 7 year road, if the first payment was originally due in 1989, and the bankruptcy was filed in 1996, it looks to me that that would meet the 7 year window, barely. Meaning, if I provided the 3 items listed in your email, the discharge should proceed. Do you concur?

Otherwise, an expressed opinion of undue hardship is the only way to get the loan included with the bankruptcy, (that's a question:-))
