I finally got my account up to 100 K to allow me free trades and then they pull the rug out from under me. it was a bait and switch alll along.

I am not a day trader, and only make a few trades a month, but about half my trades are limit orders for which I will now have to pay $19.95 instead of $0. I can do better than that elsewhere. I have also not been impressed with the customer service, the slow accounting, nor ease of use of the trading website since I've had the account. I will eventually take my business somewhere else, and in the meantime reduce will my activity on this account. The "account evaluation" they have been badgering me to arrange but never followed up on, which might have led to estate planning and account management fees for them, will not happen.
