In the past couple of weeks, I've discovered two new yarn stores (new to me, obviously, but neither one has been open for more than a year or so).

One is PatternWorks, in Center Harbor New Hampshire:

It's in the same building as Keepsake Quilting:

and Keepsake Needle Arts:

The other one I just found yesterday. It's in Littleton Mass, and is called the Woolpack:

Beautiful, beautiful yarns. Some of the standard worsteds and baby yarns like Plymouth, Lion, or Brown Sheep, and others that are handspun, hand-dyed, totally unique wool or alpaca blends. Good prices in general. I went with another knitter, and she almost lost her mind and her credit card. Very friendly, helpful place, with a teapot on the boil and a table for classes. From a sign I saw I gather that this was their 1 year anniversary.
