As a 23 year old fresh out of college with some summer earnings of about 8000 in the bank and a new job starting on Tues. I would like to start an IRA. From what I have researched it seems wisest to begin a Roth. I am thinking of doing through a discount broker like Ameritrade. When trying to decide there seems to be so many different types with the Roth I am basically asking for some help regarding what kind and where I should start my Roth IRA and maybe some helpful info on retirement investing for a 23 year old. Perhaps it would be helpful to answer some of these questions from a I wish I would have done this stand point. Thanks so much!!!
