Peter Glusker Named Senior Vice President, CBS Internet Group

NEW YORK, March 28 /PRNewswire/ -- Peter Glusker has been named Senior Vice President, CBS Internet Group, it was announced today by Russ Pillar, President and Chief Executive Officer, CBS Internet Group ("CBSIG"). In this position he will be responsible for helping to create value for CBS shareholders both through the continuing development of CBS' family of owned and operated online sites as well as the growth and management of CBS' portfolio of equity stakes in independent Internet companies.

Prior to joining CBS, Mr. Glusker served as Managing Partner for The Accelerator Group, a new media and technology investment company. Prior to that he was Senior Vice President, Business Development at Prodigy, where he directed the company's strategic financing initiatives and led its business development and legal departments. Mr. Glusker also has held positions at the International Finance Corporation, Company Assistance Limited (Warsaw, Poland), Bain & Company, and The First Boston Corporation.
