Hello - about 2 months ago I started investing via robinhood.

I have a few questions i'm hoping someone could help with:

- I invested around $1000 and have mostly stocks from $.20 cents listed as strong buy, to $18 bucks.
Is this considered an OK approach or should i be investing in stocks more "pricier"?

My goal is long term BUT wouldn't mind investing in some riskier stocks, or buy to sell after a period of time.

- If YOU have around $1000 - what's your investment recommendation?

Appreciate everyone's help!

I think this is the wrong board to ask this question. Drips are "forever stocks" for most of us I believe. I haven't ever sold a single one, and the only ones I no longer have are stocks that went private, so I was forced out.

DesertDaveataol (and others) have a great list of DRIP stocks that have been paying dividends (usually increasing each year) for decades. I'd start there. https://www.dripinvesting.org/tools/tools.asp

DRIPs are a bitch at tax time. I now use this list:

Try investing $50 (or more) in one (or more) of these every time you get a chance.

The Force is with you when you use Compound Interest.

Go to M1finance.com to Drip all your stocks automatically.

I have created 2 pies with 10 slices in each.

https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCbta0n8i6Rljh0obO7HzG9A/vid... go to this site where Joseph will show you his portfolio loaded with various pies with a few slices in each one.

This will the best place to start your long term journey to retirement.

Landeau,

Have you looked at http://www.webull.com/ They have better charts?

https://www.barchart.com/stocks/under-10-stocks/top

https://www.barchart.com/stocks/quotes/ZYXI/interactive-char... I bought ZYXI on 12/23/19 and waiting or a sell signal as a Swing Trader. We only date or rent stocks and take the profits and look for the next stock per a given set of rules.

The other choice if finding good stocks is here at https://www.barchart.com/stocks/signals/top-bottom/top

In doing so, you should never ever subscribe to Lyre, Trikker, and Bilkum's people who just want your money.

Something to ponder.
