Option on the property.....

Very cheap property......

In a rather disadvantaged area...... (opportunity zone, of course!)

A few zoning uses....the one that interests me - child-care.

Eventually due to culture decay they will have to offer free and cheaper child care.

*Plus* they'll keep inviting people in - who need those services.

If you investigate things like Goddard and ChildTime - many of them are extremely profitable.

Worst case: Lose the deposit. Sucks.

Best case: As usual - I'm right about them. And this thing will be worth 3 times the purchase price.

And the opportunity-zone means - the taxes will be not that bad.

All thanks to the academics and the arrogant.
