Indeed, Pfizer must work on its balance sheet. Except for the bad Flowie (new Flowie is ~1.37 vs 0.83 for the old), Pfizer's business looks fantastic. But then again, seeing those receivables grow 31.3% vs sales growth of 22.5% is somewhat worrisome. In the coming quarters, I really hope to see the company's balance sheet improve. With such a strong arsenal of existing products plus a great pipeline, I would expect a cleaner balance sheet at some point in the not-so-distant future. This is definitely something we must keep our eyes on.
