I discovered GTT when I was chasing down a reference to, which GTT acquired awhile back.

GTT seems to be targeting a new kind of network service provider game. By offering customized services including management of some kinds of customer infrastructure combined with a Tier 1 network, GTT is offering a much simpler experience to enterprise IT.

According to their recent investor briefing, they have grown revenue rapidly through acquisitions, thereby expanding their service scope, and are now shifting to organic growth. Their approach seems to be clearly strategic, but we will have to wait to see if they achieve the adoption rates. I believe that they are targeting an interesting hole in the market--enterprise integrated services network. The larger providers will have trouble providing the business and technical customizations needed for each customer.
