I have had digestive problems for years and just recently found out that I have an intolerance to dairy. Not lactose intolerance, but casein intolerance, a protein found in milk. I hear that a lot of people have given up dairy just like people are on gluten free diets and others are vegan. Here’s a list of the most common food allergies and food intolerances:

• Peanuts.
• Tree nuts.
• Cow's milk.
• Eggs.
• Fish.
• Shellfish.
• Soy.
