My sister told me last year that she and her husband have not filed tax returns for over ten years. She says that they were over-withheld and probably owe no taxes. Assuming that is true, realistically, what could happen to them when they finaly do file or get caught? (She and her husband are in their 40's; they haven't grown up yet, apparently.)

Thanks, g
