Is there something I am missing in Catchup Report #3 on Anchoring?

“You’re going to drive yourself nuts if you look at the intraday highs and lows and try to maximize. Nobody I’ve ever met can get
it exactly right. Most investors would be better served ignoring everything to the right of the decimal, and just say: I bought Intel at
$21, GNTX [at] $19, and BMC at $41. These are only going to be worthwhile investments over the years if they increase in value
by the dollars, not the cents

It seems pretty straight forward on helping new members get on board using limit orders, which all good members follow. Komish is a good example on the INTC board a while back: "Are We Buying Hard into this rec"
