Not that anyone would go to the trouble just to get an edge in the Olympics (I hope!) but how complete are those hormone treatments? I'm thinking the upper body strength might give a formerly male, now female discus thrower, for example, an advantage. Do the treatments make it harder to maintain the "more upper body strength" aspect of males after the switch?
