A little disappointed with the opening. Got in at 32.

The pop was destroyed by the increase in the number of shares offered and pricing above the range. Leave it to tyco to blow a lucrative opportunity for rank and file employees. Luckily, I ended up cutting back the number of shares I intended to buy in half when they decided to "flood" the market with shares. IMHO you'll have to hold long term if you want to make any real money. tyco did the smart thing to raise the max cash for the business and minimize the volatility. Sticking to the original range of 20-25 would have given a better pop ala the fiber ipos today.
