Not what I meant.

If I have a sensation or feeling which I am describing to myself, I use the words in a way that is clear to me, in terms of meaning there is only one set of referents and definitions to get through.

If I am describing it or imparting it in any way to someone else, it has to be transformed into audible sound and visible gestures, received as same and applied to a set of referents and definitions that is very unlikely to be the same as mind and is potentially wildly different for different cultures.

When I read my own mind, there is only one set of definitions and referents in play. My accent is non-existent, my pronunciation perfect and I am saying exactly what I mean to say.

If any of my definitions, accents and referents are not exactly what is commonly accepted, then to anyone else I say it to, it is something else before it even reaches the part where they are able to "read" what I thought from what I said.
