Received my shares of ONL.

Receive 1 ONL share for every 10 O shares.

I have no answers Chuck but I just looked at the chart and saw it fell from 32 on Friday to 21 today?.... Many times a spin-off ends up getting dumped because the new stock holders didn't buy the spin-off and don't feel an allegience to it. Top that off with the fact that they only get 1 share for every 10 of the original and many people's position is not big enough to hold so they either have to add or sell outright.

This can cause a situation where the spin-off becomes undervalued because the stock price movement has everything to do with the specific situation and little to do with the new companies prospects...

This makes me interested. Do you know what the expected dividend may be? Or the cash flows?....

An interested bystander...

Hi Randy,

Here is a link to their web-site:
https://www.onlreit.com/

There is no Financial info at all.

I have heard nothing of the dividend.

But if you go over the portfolio of properties they own and the tenants they have, it does seem
like a possible good investment--as long as you are comfortable with all office buildings. I
currently own O and STAG. This seems to be a good complement to my portfolio of REITs.

After the drop, I would suspect the valuation may be good for the individual investor--or we got
cheated by O in the spinoff. It's about all I have to go on at this time.

Make any sense??

I hold O via their transfer/DSP agent. I see nothing on this spinoff.

When I asked a representative about this, after the spinoff was announced, they knew nothing about it.

This is all very odd. Not sure how to proceed

Schwab posted the shares into my account on Friday.
I needed to do nothing to get them.

But still wondering if I should buy more---sell or just hold it (as I am
currently doing).
