Questions that have resulted in some fruitless arguments:

1.) Penalties for "Cadiallac Plans"
Penalties/Additional taxes apply to employer supplied plans.
Are there penalties for individually purchased plans?

2.) If an employee with income greater than $70,000 buys medical insurance through an exchange there is a $7,000 penalty?
The claim is that Congress waived the penalty for themselves.

3.) Employees can not receive a subsidy to buy insurance on the exchanges.
Employees can't receive both an employer subsidy and tax credit, but is there a restriction that employees can't receive any subsidy to buy insurance on the exchanges?
Again the claim is that Congress has violated this restriction by providing themselves subsidies to purchase insurance on the exchanges.
