Oh well? While you would pay $1 more per month with USAA/Quicken Billpay, you would
* be able to visit any ATM up to 10 times a month and be reimbursed the fee the other bank charges (up to $1.50)
* get 0.5% cash back on all your signed-for debit card purchases
* get no-fee, no-minimum balance checking
* free overdraft protection
* outstanding service
* etc etc, ad nauseum, blah blah blah, all the benefits USAA has to offer have been explained on this board umpteen times. I think you would do better than PNC bank.
