We recently acquired a stock certificate, that is no longer traded. I have done some research, but it has not yet been conclusive. The company's name is; Sierra Capital Company, issued in November of 1962. By Wells Fargo Banl, The Chase Manhattan Bank, Bankers Trust Company and Pacific National Bank of San Francisco. I have requested information from the Secty. of State of Calif., for the Corporation. But was wondering if anyone knew anything about who they were? What they did? If they got bought out or went bankrupt? If the stock is worth anything. And I understand some people collect the certificates for framing and where should I go to sell these. Any ideas?
