I'm a marketing guru in Silicon valley, so I'm always trying to guess where companies are going to need to compete. I think Oracle and IBM have holes in their network hardware strategy, and that Brocade has the right product suite. Brocade is also have valuations easier to swallow than other independent network gear companies. My analysis is at:http://www.siliconstrat.com/blog/2010/04/20/when-will-oracle... I'm betting on a 28-32% premium.
What are your latest thoughts now on Brocade? Thanks
Well they have just got their hands on my fast growing Ruckus at a low ball cheap take out price. I thought Ruckus was growing very well so maybe that will benefit Brocade if they don't mess up the acquisition.A
